Therapy is provided on-site by physical, occupational, and speech therapists from AnMed Health Pediatric Therapy Works. These therapists provide valuable therapies to our children, allowing their families the opportunity to have more working hours during the day. Early Interventionists and Applied Behavior Applications Therapists also provide their services on-site as well. They are also able to train our staff on different applications and techniques that we can utilize each day.Read more
We have two part time nurses on our staff, allowing us to have a nurse on-site during our business hours. Our nurses are able to oversee the general health of all of our children. They are able to communicate with families, physicians, and staff about each child’s health as needed.Read more

DCEC has been in operation as long as I have practiced pediatrics in Anderson. When the decision was made for DCEC to move from state funding to private funding due to budget cuts, I was asked to be on the Board of Directors. I knew that this would be an important job as the Board would need to find sources of funding in order
